5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

To provide our AI-powered features, we transmit certain data to the following categories of third-party service providers:

Images and files you submit for processing are transmitted to third-party AI inference services (including but not limited to Replicate, Inc. and OpenRouter) to perform the requested operations. These providers process your data solely to execute the requested AI task and are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models or for any purpose beyond service delivery. Subscription billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We share only the information necessary to complete your transaction.

We may also disclose your information: (i) to comply with a legal obligation or valid governmental request; (ii) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mavinfo, our users, or the public; (iii) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your login session
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze aggregate usage patterns
  • Support anti-bot security measures (Cloudflare Turnstile)

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when a cookie is being set. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service, including your ability to log in.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention logs).

Uploaded files processed through AI tools are retained for a limited period sufficient to deliver the result to you and are not stored indefinitely. Specific retention windows are disclosed in the Service interface.
